Manhill Housing Association operates within the UK property management sector, providing services in a highly competitive and in-demand market. The project focused on developing a powerful and memorable brand identity capable of attracting, engaging, and retaining clients while clearly communicating professionalism and trust.
The challenge was to create an identity that felt contemporary and credible, while clearly reflecting the breadth of services offered.
The logo design draws inspiration from the real estate industry to form a cohesive and refined visual identity. At its core is a contemporary logo mark built as a monogram of the business’s initials, combined with house icons to directly reference property ownership and management.
An elegant and considered colour palette reinforces a sense of professionalism and reliability. A distinctive “broken corner” detail within the logo mark serves as a subtle yet meaningful visual cue, representing Manhill Housing’s Property Maintenance and Development services.
Together, these elements create a versatile and recognisable brand system that communicates trust, competence, and long-term value across both digital and physical touchpoints.
