Instagram algorithms are always changing, which means that more effort and time needs to be put to increase social media engagement. Empathy Care24 was looking to start its Instagram journey with a stylish design perfect for the Health Care industry, as well as their targeted audience.
The approach was to analyse and understand how Empathy Care24's target audience interacts with Instagram; develop a content strategy that powers Empathy Care24's brand positioning with an identity designed to capture emotions.
