
Customer Diagnostics is a management consultancy specialising in strategic alignment and facilitation, strategy measurement, and implementation. Following the redesign of the Achievement Process brochures, the next phase of the project focused on redesigning the website to align with the updated visual language and strengthen the brand’s digital presence.
The existing website no longer reflected the refined look and feel of the new brochures or the collaborative, outcomes-driven nature of Customer Diagnostics’ services. The challenge was to translate the refreshed offline identity into a modern, professional, and approachable digital experience.
Working closely with Zesti Brand Stories on content development, the website was designed to balance professionalism with accessibility.
The visual approach is dynamic yet restrained, making effective use of white space, considered typography, and a clear content hierarchy.
Strategic use of font sizing, colour, and layout techniques draws attention to key messages and service offerings.
Enhanced visual elements—including imagery and graphics—were integrated to complement the existing iconography style, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.
The website was built to be fully responsive and optimised for mobile devices, delivering a seamless user experience across all screen sizes. Search engine optimisation (SEO) was also implemented using relevant keywords and tags to improve visibility and ranking on Google.
The result is a cohesive and performance-driven website that supports Customer Diagnostics’ strategic positioning and reinforces its credibility as a trusted consultancy partner.
